The Estonian Lottery Building is an office building located in Tallinn City Centre on Hallivanamehe 4.

The building has 9-storeys above the surface, with an additional 2-storey underground parking garage. Parking is also available on a separate property with CCTV. A cosy cafe on the ground floor offers the opportunity for an enjoyable lunch.

During weekdays, reception and security staff are present; CCTV is active at all other times.The building was developed in cooperation with our partners. Since 2018, OÜ Hallivana, which owns the building, has been fully owned by AS EKE.
