A modern office and residential district will be built in North Tallinn, at the junction of Telliskivi and Mulla Streets, creating the perfect architectural symbiosis of a good location and a beautiful city environment.

The legendary Furniture House has now become obsolete and will be replaced by a modern district that will be a home for residents of the city and offices as well as a meeting spot for all foodies. Thanks to the linear park and public square connecting the district, it is a suitable leisure location for all.

Tallinn Old Town, Kristiine Keskus shopping centre, Telliskivi Creative City and Stroomi beach are all located in the vicinity of the planned district. Tallinn Harbour, the City Centre and Noblessner District are all located within a ten-minute drive.

EKE is developing the Furniture House District in cooperation with two partners.

The developers have decided not to proceed with the detailed plan.
