Hipodroomi District is a new, large-scale office and residential development in Tallinn. In total, it comprises 350,000 m²of residential and office space. New infrastructure, roads and communications. Rental spaces from 5 to 10,000 m².

The office district will have four office buildings in total, with a total capacity of up to 130,000 m². The anchor tenants are Swedbank and Elisa, the anchor tenant for the retail block is Rimi. One of the buildings is also the biggest office building in Estonia. The entire Hipodroomi District is intertwined with nature and is surrounded by a forest and nature parks. The sea and Stroomi beach are one kilometre away.

The district promenade will have parks, natural relaxation spaces and a pond to offer peace and quiet. In addition, there will be a promenade in the middle of the district connecting Paldiski and Merimetsa streets.
