Eesti Loto Maja is a commercial and office building located in central Tallinn, at Hallivanamehe 4. The building features a 9-storey above-ground section, with a 2-storey underground car park beneath it. Parking is also available on the property, which has video surveillance.
The cosy bistro-café on the ground floor offers a pleasant place to enjoy a meal. On weekdays, a receptionist-security guard is present in the lobby, while at other times the building is monitored by video surveillance. The building was developed with partners, and since the beginning of 2018, the company owning the building, OÜ Hallivana, has been 100% owned by AS EKE.
