EKE is developing six properties in the Priidu Business Park, which can be consolidated to meet larger space requirements by merging properties and building rights. The detailed spatial plan has been adopted. Infrastructure construction will begin in the year 2025.
A bus stop will be built in the immediate vicinity, providing access to both Tallinn and the small town of Kiili, the latter of which is only 1.5 km away. The Maxima logistics centre is located 2 km towards Tallinn. On the same route, across Tallinn Ring Road from the Maxima logistics centre, an IKEA store is being built.
