EKE is starting the reconstruction of the Mustamäe Road 5a Building, with new warehouse and retail spaces set to be completed in the end of 2026.
A two-story commercial and production building with an area of over 7,000 square meters will be built at Mustamäe tee 5a, and more than half of it, nearly 4,800 square meters, will be owned by robot manufacturer Starship Technologies.
The building is strategically located at the intersection of Kristiine, Haabersti, and Põhja-Tallinn.
The building’s façade, roof, exterior and interior walls, and all utility systems, will be completely updated. The building is designed to meet energy class A. A solar power system will also be installed on the building’s roof. During the construction of the building, the original framework of the building will be preserved and as a result, the clear height of the rooms will be achieved up to 12 meters.
Commercial spaces of various sizes and layouts are available based on the company’s needs and intended purpose.
It is possible to merge commercial spaces and change the building’s layout to suit the company’s needs.
Parking is available in front of the building and in the adjacent parking garage.
