The construction contract for Mustamäe road 5a was signed on February 20, 2026. KRC Ehitus, as the main contractor, will build a new two-story commercial and industrial building at Mustamäe road 5a with a total area of 7,000 square meters, of which nearly 4,800 square meters will be occupied by the building’s anchor tenant, the delivery robot manufacturer Starship Technologies.
During the construction of the building, the original framework of the building will be preserved and as a result, the clear height of the rooms will be up to 12 meters. The renovation will include the building’s façade, roof, exterior and interior walls, as well as all utility systems. The building is designed to meet energy class A and a solar park will also be built on the roof. Completion is planned for the end of 2026.
Commercial spaces of various sizes and layouts are available based on the company’s needs and intended purpose.
