Construction of Tallinn\u2019s most modern business quarter has begun!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A comprehensive business and residential environment, EKE Hipodroomi Quarter, will be developed on the historical site of the Tallinn Hippodrome, offering a vibrant workplace and residence for thousands. The total lettable area in the Quarter is approximately 50,000 m\u00b2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We are creating a new, high-quality urban space based on the 15-minute city concept, aimed at ensuring quick and compact access to everyday services for people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The business quarter\u2019s location at the junction of P\u00f5hja-Tallinna, Kristiine, and Haabersti ensures a strategically good connection to the rest of the city, making it an ideal starting point for travel by bike, public transport, or car.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The first phase includes the development of two 7-storey office buildings, an underground car park, and a parking garage on the Hipodroomi 1 property along Paldiski Road.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
