KRC Ehitus, as the main contractor, will build a new two-story commercial and industrial building at Mustam\u00e4e road 5a with a total area of 7,000 square meters, of which nearly 4,800 square meters will be occupied by the building\u2019s anchor tenant, the delivery robot manufacturer Starship Technologies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the construction of the building, the original framework of the building will be preserved and as a result, the clear height of the rooms will be up to 12 meters. The renovation will include the building\u2019s fa\u00e7ade, roof, exterior and interior walls, as well as all utility systems. The building is designed to meet energy class A and a solar park will also be built on the roof.
