Construction of Tallinn’s most modern business quarter has begun!

A comprehensive business and residential environment, EKE Hipodroomi Quarter, will be developed on the historical site of the Tallinn Hippodrome, offering a vibrant workplace and residence for thousands. The total lettable area in the Quarter is approximately 50,000 m².
